I don't remember having trouble signing up or logging in; it was always easy. The restrictions here are also loose, so I don't really have to be on my toes all the time. The goth community surprised me by how deeply they felt about certain stuff, so much that they felt highly similar to emos like me. Maybe it's not so bad after all that GothPassions.com is essentially a goth platform that allows emo people on board. I love what I've seen so far and I will stay put.

I was bound to love using this platform from the day I set my eyes on it. But like any other platform it also has its issues, some of which I saw first-hand. I particularly had a problem with the fact that the site had no specific set of rules and etiquette for new users to follow, or maybe I just didn't see t

hem. There were days too when the population on the site was too little, such that newbies were welcomed by silence. And then everyone else would come back later, so there was a bit of fluctuation in that regard. Once or twice I encountered behavior that would have qualified to be called trolling, but I didn't see any action being taken on the individual at all. Additionally I came to the website primarily believing it was a forum specifically designed for emos like me. But I later realized it was more suitable for goth people, and those ones have different views from emo people. Maybe it was internet marketing that misled us. I love myself a website that's well designed, so GothPassions.com's slightly dry and old fashioned style wasn't such an attraction for me. It felt a bit outdated and nearly abandoned. I also noticed that navigating GothPassions.com wasn't such a breeze, partly due to its older design and also because it didn't have the menus I am used to seeing on other forums. Still, GothPassions.com is a constant delight, albeit a vintage one. There's so much to like.
