EmoWire.com Emo Sex Forum Review

INTRODUCTION:

I was just coming from a bad, boring stint on one music forum last year when I discovered

EmoWire.com, so naturally I didn't feel available. The music forum wouldn't have been a bad idea, but it seemed dead and without users despite a wonderful layout. I'd spend days there browsing through the site alone and complaining to myself. So when I saw this new forum, I wasn't exactly inspired to check it out. Then my friend Lupe told me to give it a try, because she was already a member and was having so much fun. Fast forward to today and I am an active member that regularly checks out the site and corresponds with my new friends. I used to be super lonely all the time, which is sad because I am a senior in high school, but I now have friends here and they're wonderful. The first time I checked out the site, I was surprised by how different it looked. It wasn't exactly the usual forum style I am used to; it was different and unique and stylish. It also seemed to have very many active members online at the same time. I didn't bother reading the FAQs (I couldn't find them anyway) so I signed up anyhow and jumped right into the action. It's a simple forum really, has only three forum sections and a simple layout. But it immediately draws you in with its charms and doesn't let you go. For me, the ultimate attraction was that it was alive and full of people when I first checked in, and alive and full of people every time I came back to check it out.

ABOUT:

EmoWire.com has been active for the better part of the last few years, and in that short period of time, it has marked out its presence in the emo world and cultivated a strong followership in the process. It currently spots one of the most active membership bases in all of emo forum world, with its users storming in from all over the world. EmoWire.com is just a forum on the bigger website that is EmoWire.com, a platform that's essentially designed for emos with resources in form of blogs and more. The forum stands out for its more modern design and layout, a far cry from the usual forum style layout most forums use. Like any other forum though, the site requires membership of its users if they are to access all its services.

EmoWire.com remains completely free for use, and accepts users from all over the world. Again, like many other forums,

EmoWire.com was designed as a platform for emo people to hang out and discuss their issues without trolls or embarrassment.

EmoWire.com makes a unique turn on this strategy by allowing for less of sensitive talk and more of worldly topics, without veering too far away from the emo cause. As a result, EmoWire.com is ideal for users that want to chat with other emo users about many other things other than emo culture, but without putting it aside. It also aims for simplicity, hence it has only three forum sections and not much else. This is also one of the few forums that has a relatively incident-free timeline.

CONCLUSION:

I might have been hesitant when signing up for this forum, but I now believe coming over to EmoWire.com has been one of my smarter decisions. If it was silent forums I was worried about, this one is clearly the opposite of silent. The activity here every day is always over the top and new posts are always being published. There is a legitimately active air of conversation on the forum even though all members are virtually based. Now that I think of it, EmoWire.com is one of the few forums where I haven't much to complain about, mostly because I agree with almost everything about it. I like that it's more open-minded to allow new topics of discussion other than emo shirts and emo bands, and that it still incorporates emo culture nonetheless. There is a certain feeling of warmth you get from interacting with the community here; it's always like they've been expecting you and waiting for you. I personally ended up checking in every day after school and venting about my school issues to the forum. Turns out I was just one of many people with the same issues, but I was in the right place at the right time. Right now, I have started recommending this forum to my few friends. It seems to only grow in popularity, and it's one of the few platforms where you can meet new friends and even hookup. The other day I found a girl from my school listed there too, so you never know who you might meet.

Pros
  • As a now-regular member of EmoWire.com, I've found that there's just lots of like about this forum and all it aspires to be. I personally knew it was the real deal when I realized it's for emos through and through. The atmosphere here is nothing like you'd imagine; it's warm and welcoming and kind. That might just be one of EmoWire.com's strongest perks - its membership. The folks here are super helpful and kind and knowledgeable in a way that's comforting. It's also comforting to find as active a community as this one, especially for me, as I was coming from a less active forum. I had no problem with signing up for membership; it was easy and didn't come with strings attached. I loved that the idea of a safe platform comes to life here; no trolls and abusive people. For once I didn't see the purpose of a moderator because there was just no disturbance to be settled. I've got to highlight the design and set up here, which I loved for its modernity. It's not just another forum but a unique one, and the layout/design says that. In a way, I found it refreshing that it allowed users to post more about general life stuff instead of only stuff about emo culture. Not every forum does that. I also like that they take feedback very seriously. They've got a whole forum section for feedback, and I was lucky enough to use it and see how it works. The people in charge aren't super touchy about remarks on the site; they actually listen. Plus, the site help here is legitimately good, offering customized solutions whenever I asked.

Cons
  • EmoWire.com is a regular pleasure of mine, the kind you don't find often on the internet. That doesn't mean it's free of downsides though. I've been a member for months now and there's a few things that bug me. Most aren't major stuff, but they could be improved. For starters, I hated having to scour the whole website looking for a link to the forum's rules or FAQs. Either the forum doesn't have them, or I just couldn't find them. I always read my FAQs, so this was a big deal for me and I thought it awkward that they didn't have one. The same applies to the privacy policy. Either the forum doesn't have one or it was hidden from view. Meanwhile, I loved the forum sections availed to users to post under, but I found them slightly limiting. I'd still have loved the usual hardcore emo-centric forum sections most emo forums have, on emo bands and emo music and stuff like that, even though I was happy this site was asking users to talk about general stuff. I personally benefitted from the general nature of the forum, but if it's an emo forum, emo forum should still have been front and center. I liked that the site was basic yet exquisitely designed, but I am used to the older forum layouts, so this was a bit of work for me. It also felt like some part of it was missing. Or was it just too basic?
