But one thing that I would like to see being improved on is the overall functionality of the site. Sometimes it feels quite slow and loads strangely, which I think is just because of the traffic there is on the site sometimes. With thousands of members and students constantly online, I suppose it can be hard for the system to handle. Maybe they can invest in stronger servers that can support more users all at once to make it all run faster. And it is not something that is consistently happening, it's just sometimes during certain hours of the day there are probably a ton of people on here posting and chatting. Another thing that I'd like to see is more of an instant messaging feature between individual users. It is nice to have people's public input and to view a ton of different replies on one single thread, but sometimes it feels that someone specifically may know what you are asking and it would be nice to directly message them to get more of a specific conversation and answer facilitated. This would also apply to the professionals that are available to speak to. There are links, email addresses and phone numbers available for people like guidance counsellors or financial professionals who can help with that part of things, but it would be nice to have the option to instantly chat with someone over text, like a popup screen where an agent could speak with you over instant messaging.
