Considering how extensive the FAQ was, I almost expected there to be an entry on why the site is so plain looking.
  
The other thing that I think could use a bit of finessing is the fact that basic free members aren't allowed to initiate conversation with premium members. That's fine now that I have a premium membership, but as a new member, I would have loved possibly 3 or 5 free first messages that I could send in my trial week.
