Like I said before, I was so close to quitting when it came to dating websites, but now, I am so thankful to have found this one! I have been on a few dates since I signed up a month ago and they have all been quite enjoyable - just not exactly what I'm looking for. All in all, it's been a lot of fun and interesting. This is definitely not like any dating site that I have ever been on before. There are public chats, forums, and discussions which is totally different. There are downloadable videos and photos, but most importantly, there is cosplay! So much cosplay! If you are a fan and are looking to expand your knowledge and love for it, this is a really cool place to get into the lifestyle even more than you already are. You will also find it easier to find someone who is interested in cosplay through this website! It is rare to find someone like us, but here we are all into the same stuff! If you are interested in Cosplay and are single, this is a wonderful place to meet not only friends but also romantic interests. Pros

  • Cosplaypassions.com gives me a ton of pros to talk about. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind type of dating website. For anyone who has a love for cosplay, you will definitely appreciate this! There are so many great features that are included in the free and premium accounts. One pro about this site that I love is the fact that there are message boards/forums. These are great places to meet people. Hearing peoples honest opinions are some of the best ways to meet people (in my opinion). I feel like when we date we try to mold ourselves into the form of what we believe that the other person will like, but in reality being our true selves is only what brings the correct people our way. I find that when people are writing in these forums and on these message boards, there is a lot of honestly to what they are saying without the worry of what other people will think. I love the community of people who are apart of cosplay because we are all nerds in one way or another, and when you're a nerd you often have a lot to talk about. When I've ever gone out on a first date with someone who wasn't interested in the same things as me, it was always very awkward. When it comes to meeting people on this website, I have never been on an awkward date. Of course, it's not always right but it has never been strange because we always have tons to talk about.

Cons

  • Cosplaypassions.com has a ton of pros but also have a few cons that I wasn't wild about especially when I was first on the site. There are so many different parts of the website that it can sometimes be confusing when it comes to what you're looking at. At the beginning I would get confused at certain sections and what exactly it was supposed to be (I'm not sure if this really makes sense, but I think that you'll understand me if/when you sign up). After a while, you get used to the layout of the website, but at first, I was very confused. Something else that I wasn't too crazy about when I first signed up for Cosplaypassions.com was the fact that the forums seem to be extremely active. I know that that may not seem like a con to many people (since that means that there are many active users), but I was having a hard time keeping up with everything being said. This actually doesn't have everything to do with the forums but also with public chat rooms and webcams. The chats go extremely quick! It's nice though because if you see someone post something that you agree or disagree with, you can easily begin a private conversation to talk. That's definitely one of my favorite features when it comes to cosplay passions! There really isn't anything else that I have noticed about the website that I would call a "con". This is a great dating website!
