CONCLUSION:

I'm very happy with my membership to the site so far, and would encourage everyone to join BlackCupid.com without any question. If you're looking for black singles, I can't think of a better site to find them.     So many dating sites seem to cut corners when it comes to the site design, as though they don't think that a pleasant viewing and browsing experience is required for their users. Thankfully the fine folks at BlackCupid.com understand that when you're looking for hot black singles, you want the site that surrounds the profiles to also look good!

    



    Like I said, I probably spend too much time on dating sites, but a lot of that has to do with the fact that signing up for them takes so long. BlackCupid.com has done a great job of streamlining the process, so that it doesn't take up too much of your valuable free time to sign up. I used the Facebook sign-up for maximum efficiency, and I probably was able to fit in one extra coffee date into my schedule last week because of it.

    Pricing is quite reasonable considering how many quality black singles I've already found in my area. Thankfully I'm still using my 3 month free trial, but if by the end of the trial, I haven't found someone I want to settle down with, I'm definitely going to pay the membership fee to remain a member.

    Some dating sites require you to fill out all of their bio fields. BlackCupid.com knows that you don't want to share everything with everyone, so only fill out what you want.

Cons

  • It's been smooth sailing for me on BlackCupid.com so far, to be honest, so any negatives are going to be very small ones. Maybe down the road when I've dated the majority of their black singles in my area, I might not like it as much, but so far it's been a great experience.

    



    As much as I consider only having to fill out as much as you want when you sign up for a membership a pro, I can admit that while browsing the profiles of others, sometimes it works against them. Sure, their picture might look good, and they might have a smoking hot body, but if when I read their bio, and all it says is, "DTF"... I'm not likely to message them. Even if that's all I'm looking for too. So forcing users to maybe write a certain number of characters per field might be something they could do to improve.

    



    The site has done a great job of incentivizing people to upload their images for a premium membership, but there are still far too many profiles on the site that don't have a profile photo. I'm not shallow (or at least I like to think that I'm not), but there's no way I'm going out on a date with someone that is too scared to post their picture on an internet dating site. At least it makes their profiles easier to recognize as ones I should skip. A bit of a waste of space on the site though.
