After complaining to the live support, this problem has significantly reduced and improvements can be already seen. The website claims to be free in the beginning. The registration and the surfing are free but in order to access more features than that, an error occurs which asks to upgrade. I don’t know if all other websites are like this. I subscribed to a plan and that is when the features were unlocked and my experience was fun. A little more work on the layout of the website will also make it more appealing to the eyes.
